Lizzie is our sleep consultant at Baby hive and she holds the highest Level of sleep qualification (level 6 OCN certification).

At Baby Hive we prioritise nurturing attachment while utilising scientific knowledge of sleep to help you understand your child's sleep physiology, establish healthy sleep habits. Providing techniques that promote loving sleep practices. Which set the foundation for a lifetime of good sleep habits is our goal.

With a background as a Lactation consultant, Midwife, Nurse and Health visitor, and personal experience of sleep challenges with her own children, Lizzie empathises with the exhaustion and struggles that come with disrupted sleep.
